• We will refund shipping costs for the following reasons:
  – You received the wrong product.
  – The product was delivered defective.
• Exchanges:
  – Exchanges are not permitted.
• Items that cannot be returned:
  – Credits, such as gift cards, cannot be exchanged for cash.
